Those of you who happened to read my blogs from two years ago and who also happen to have photographic memories will remember that Mike Maihack was the artist on a back-up REDCHAPEL story. Due to us deciding to find a publisher for the series rather than continue to self-publish it ourselves, that particular story has yet to see print.
But Mike has certainly kept himself busy. For over the past year he’s been putting together a beautiful anthology called Parable. I wrote a story for it (titled UNCOMMON), which was then illustrated by the talented Caroline Parkinson.
Well, Parable is now complete. Hopefully you’ll be able to hold it in your hands by sometime in 2008. In the meantime, here’s a look at the cover of the book:
