My Leap Year: Small Steps 94-96

[My Leap Year is a 12-month life project (begun 11/01/07) at the end of which I intend to be writing full-time. 365 small steps = 1 giant leap.]

Bullet points:

-I’m trying something new this week. Last Saturday I sat down and tried to plan out all my writing for this coming week. In my notebook office, of course. We shall see how it goes.

-Here’s something very interesting Vito pointed out to me in NYC: a 24-hour quiet workspace for writers called Paragraph. Considering how much time I spent in NY struggling to find a proper workspace, visiting this place will be high among my priorites if we move back there. They also do some interesting events.

-I didn’t realize this until last week, but the My Leap Year project is even more apropriately named than I first knew: 2008 is actually a calendar leap year.

-Daniel LaFrance, whose artwork I’ve been bombarding you with for months now makes a couple exciting announcements over at his blog today. Congrats, Daniel. We’re all sure this is just the beginning.
